Garlic Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds shrimp
  • 2-3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Prepare shrimp by thawing, peeling, deveining, and rinsing.
  2. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat and let melt.
  3. Once melted add garlic and remaining seasonings. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp (in a single layer) and let saute for about 2 minutes.
  5. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve.
