Waffled Hash Browns

- 1 cup hash browns, thawed
- Coconut or olive oil spray
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Heat waffle iron.
- Mix salt and pepper in hash browns.
- Place about 1 cup of hash browns in waffle iron and spread around.
- Close tightly and cook 5-10 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and do not pull up when you lift the lid.
- **If they are not cooked long enough you will not be able to remove them in one piece.
