Instructions
  1. Make flatbread according to directions.
  2. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat and add coconut oil.
  3. Slice onion and add to hot skillet.
  4. Cook stirring often until the onions become tender and caramelized.
  5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  6. Assemble flatbread with BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, and caramelized onions.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes, remove and add chopped cilantro.
  8. Cut and serve!
