Sausage, Apple and Salami Flatbread

Ingredients
  • 1 Grain Free Flatbread - Find Recipe Here
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • ¼ Pound Salami, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Apples, diced
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare flatbread according to directions.
  2. In a small pan over medium heat, cook sausage.
  3. Remove sausage from pan and drain.
  4. Add butter to pan and place back over heat.
  5. Sautee apples until soft, then add spinach and combine until wilted.
  6. Top flatbread with tomato sauce, sausage, salami, sauteed apples and wilted spinach.
  7. Place back in oven for 5-8 minutes.
  8. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  9. Slice and serve.
