Ingredients
  • 4 cups garlic mashed root vegetables (potatoes)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat the waffle maker on high heat.
  2. Mix together the mashed root vegetables, garlic powder, dried chives, paprika, salt, pepper, egg and parmesan cheese.
  3. Spray the waffle maker or grease with butter.
  4. Add ½-3/4 cup potato mixture.
  5. Close the lid and cook for 4-6 minutes. When you lift the lid it should not pull apart.
  6. Remove and repeat.
  7. Top with additional salt, pepper and butter.
