Berry and Cauliflower Smoothie

Serves: 2
- 1 Cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Strawberries (fresh)
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp MCT Oil (optional)
- 1 Whole Avocado
- 1 Cup Green Tea or Coconut Water
- Chop cauliflower into small florets.
- Place cauliflower and all other ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour in glass and top with fresh berries or bananas.
