Grilled Veggie & Steak Salad with Herbed Butter Sauce

Ingredients
1 summer squash
4 ears sweet corn
3 cups brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups green beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 steaks (of choice)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Sauce
6 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice summer squash into ½ inch thick slices.
Husk the sweet corn and thinly slice the brussel sprouts. Set aside.
Meanwhile peel and dice sweet potatoes and cut green beans.
In a bowl add sweet potatoes, green beans, olive oil and salt & pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile salt & pepper the veggies and drizzle place on the grill with the steaks.
Cook until tender.
While the veggies are being roasted and grilled make herbed butter sauce by melting 6 tablespoons of butter and add balsamic, sage, thyme, oregano and basil. Mix well.
To prep, cut corn off the cob and place all veggies on a plate with thinly sliced steak and drizzle with herbed butter sauce.
