Why I'm not Paleo

- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg and allspice
- ½ cup milk (of choice)
- 2 peaches, sliced and cubed
- sliced almonds
- Mix together oatmeal, quinoa, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice with milk.
- Place in a jar with sliced peaches and sliced almonds.
- Warm and enjoy!
