Homemade Ketchup
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 4 Tbsp Vinegar
- ⅔ cup water
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves (or allspice)
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 Tbsp honey or preferred sweetener (optional)
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
