Rise and Shine Energy Boost Juice

- 1 large cucumber
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch romaine
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 green apple
- ½ lemon
- ½" piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- Wash all produce and chop into smaller pieces.
- Place in a juicer.
