Buttercream Frosting (Refined Sugar-Free)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 2-3 Tbsp coconut cream (fat from the top of canned coconut milk)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½-1 cup powdered coconut sugar (to taste)
- Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and almond extract in a bowl until well combined.
- Add a quarter of the sugar followed by 1 Tbsp cream.
- Repeat until you get to your desired consistency and taste.
- **Sugar amount will depend on taste preference. I found ½ cup worked fine for me.
- **Cream amount will depend on thickness desired.
