Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups real fruit juice (I used half cherry and half pomegranate)
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ¼ cup hot water (almost or just boiling)
  • 1 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin
  • 1-2 cups fresh fruit (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pour the cool water in a bowl and stir in the gelatin (it will thicken a lot).
  2. Add the ¼ cup of hot water and stir to mix (should get thinner).
  3. Add the juice and mix well.
  4. Add fruit to the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish and pour juice and gelatin mixture on top (can omit the fruit and just pour the gelatin in the dish).
  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
