Baked bacon, yep you heard that right bacon baked right in the oven instead of on a skillet. No more splashing hot oil around or uneven cooking.

- 1 lb bacon
- Preheat your oven to 350-400 degrees
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- Place bacon strips on top of aluminum foil
- Bake for roughly 20 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved
This will give you the most even cooked piece of bacon you will ever eat. Plus no messy clean-up. Wow, that sounded like a foil commercial.
