I’ve learned a lot of lessons in the past few years of traveling my own health journey, becoming a business owner, mom and wife. Life is hard. But life is also meant to be enjoyed. While I have many goals and ideas for my life like I know you do as well the one thing I’ve learned through this is a goal without a plan goes no where.
Even bigger than that a plan without enjoyment is work, it’s hard and it leads to failure. The best way to getting what you want out of this life, of truly cherishing and enjoying what you’ve been given, is to live with a motto. To put into words and repeat those words.
While repetition seems silly it is honestly one of the best and easiest ways to change our mind, to create a shift from the life we are living to believing in the life we desire. It’s a short but effective and meaningful episode so I hope you can tune in!
