There seems to be a theme running in the holistic health world today where we tend to look at the body as one living organism rather than the past view of breaking it into separate components. Granted there is a time and place for that but at the end of the day, we have to see how our body is working together as one whole unit.
Even when one system gets sluggish, it tends to affect numerous other systems. That’s why you rarely see just one health symptom and if you do you’re like most of us {including myself} where you most likely ignore it.
It’s the domino effect, once the first one crumbles they all start to get knocked down. One right after the other. Which brings us to the question, which system kicks it off? What is that master foundation of health and how can we fix that to experience healing throughout our entire system?
