One Pot Healthy Pizza Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Grass-Fed Italian Sausage
  • 1 Jar Marinara Sauce (low-sugar)
  • 1 {16.2 oz} box Kettle and Fire Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 {16.2 oz} box Kettle and Fire Tomato Soup
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated {optional}
  • Water, if needed to thin soup
  • Other optional additions:
  • 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • Green Peppers
  • Nitrate-Free Pepperoni
  • Nitrate-Free Ham
  • Pineapple
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Heat a large dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Brown meat and set aside.
  3. Add coconut oil. Once melted, add onion, garlic and any other toppings that may need to be softened; mushrooms, peppers, etc.
  4. Add back in meat.
  5. Add marinara sauce and broth.
  6. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn heat down and sprinkle in Parmesan Cheese. Stir until combined.
  8. Ladle into bowls and top with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
