Ingredients
- 4-6 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- Dash of Salt
Instructions
- Wash sweet potatoes and place in stock pot.
- Cover with water and add a dash of salt.
- Boil for 15-30 minutes or until just fork tender. Careful not to overboil as they will become soft and mushy.
