Serves: 8
  • For the fruit syrup:
  • 1½ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • For the tea:
  • Fresh brewed tea
  • Ice
  • Frozen peach slices
  1. In a pot, boil water, honey, peaches and raspberries until boiling.
  2. Remove and mash or puree in a blender.
  3. Strain (optional but it eliminates the excess raspberry seeds)
  4. Place in a jar with a lid.
  5. Place ice, brewed tea, frozen peaches and fruit syrup in a glass.
