Peppered Steak with Grilled Peach Salsa

Serves: 2-4
  • 2 steaks of choice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 Tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Generously pepper steaks and add salt to liking.
  3. Begin grilling steaks.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and halve peaches.
  5. Add to grill during last 3-5 minutes. Grill until soft and just beginning to caramelize.
  6. Remove steaks and peaches.
  7. Let steak rest and dice peaches.
  8. Add balsamic vinegar (more of less depending on taste preferences) , dried thyme and salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix gently as peaches will be tender.
  9. Slice steaks and top with peach salsa.
