BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Serves: 2-4
- Make flatbread according to directions.
- Heat a skillet over low-medium heat and add coconut oil.
- Slice onion and add to hot skillet.
- Cook stirring often until the onions become tender and caramelized.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Assemble flatbread with BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, and caramelized onions.
- Bake for 5 minutes, remove and add chopped cilantro.
- Cut and serve!
