Mashed Potaffles

- 4 cups garlic mashed root vegetables (potatoes)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- ½ tsp paprika
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Heat the waffle maker on high heat.
- Mix together the mashed root vegetables, garlic powder, dried chives, paprika, salt, pepper, egg and parmesan cheese.
- Spray the waffle maker or grease with butter.
- Add ½-3/4 cup potato mixture.
- Close the lid and cook for 4-6 minutes. When you lift the lid it should not pull apart.
- Remove and repeat.
- Top with additional salt, pepper and butter.
