The Art of Chewing Plus A Smoothie Bowl

- ½ cup coconut milk, kefir, or other milk alternative
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ apple
- 1-2 cups spinach
- TOPPINGS
- slivered almonds
- crushed walnuts
- 1 kiwi
- ½ apple
- ½ cup grapes, sliced
- Add liquid, blueberries, ½ apple and spinach to blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour in a bowl and top with chopped fruit and nuts/seeds.
- Eat with a spoon and chew
