Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut milk, kefir, or other milk alternative
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ apple
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • TOPPINGS
  • slivered almonds
  • crushed walnuts
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ apple
  • ½ cup grapes, sliced
Instructions
  1. Add liquid, blueberries, ½ apple and spinach to blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour in a bowl and top with chopped fruit and nuts/seeds.
  4. Eat with a spoon and chew
