Sriracha Fried Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 4
- 2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved or quartered
- 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp Tamari sauce (coconut aminos)
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Slivered almonds
- Cilantro
- Wash and cut brussels sprouts in half or quarter.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
- Once sizzling add brussels sprouts and cook until crispy, stirring to crisp all sides.
- Add apple cider vinegar, honey, Sriracha, lemon juice, tamari sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in food processor or blender.
- Once mixed slowly add in olive oil while continuing to mix.
- Remove brussels sprouts and coat in vinaigrette.
- Top with slivered almonds and chopped cilantro.
- Enjoy!
