Sriracha Fried Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 4
Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved or quartered
  • 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil
Sriracha Vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp Tamari sauce (coconut aminos)
  • 1½ tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Slivered almonds
  • Cilantro
Brussels Sprouts
  1. Wash and cut brussels sprouts in half or quarter.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Once sizzling add brussels sprouts and cook until crispy, stirring to crisp all sides.
Sriracha Vinaigrette
  1. Add apple cider vinegar, honey, Sriracha, lemon juice, tamari sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in food processor or blender.
  2. Once mixed slowly add in olive oil while continuing to mix.
  3. Remove brussels sprouts and coat in vinaigrette.
  4. Top with slivered almonds and chopped cilantro.
  5. Enjoy!
