Chai Spiced 'Yogurt' with Warm Berry Sauce

Ingredients
  • Cream from 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk (milk alternative)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cardamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1½ cup Frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. Add the cream from coconut milk, almond milk, coconut flakes, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, cardamon, ginger and honey to blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Remove and place in a bowl or individual cups.
  3. Add berries to a pan and heat until warm.
  4. Add to blender or crush.
  5. Top coconut cream 'yogurt' with berry sauce and add some pumpkin seeds and chia seeds.
  6. Enjoy!
