Berry and Cauliflower Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (fresh)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp MCT Oil (optional)
  • 1 Whole Avocado
  • 1 Cup Green Tea or Coconut Water
Instructions
  1. Chop cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Place cauliflower and all other ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour in glass and top with fresh berries or bananas.
