'Cheesy' Sriracha and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves: 6-8
  • 2- 8 ounce packages button mushrooms
  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • Bacon, crumbled
  • thinly sliced green onions
  • Drizzle of Sriracha
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice green onions and crumble bacon.
  3. Slightly warm goat cheese, add in Worcestershire sauce, Sriarcha salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
  5. Wash and remove stem from mushrooms.
  6. Spoon goat cheese mixture into the center of each mushroom and place on baking sheet.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove, top with additional crumbled bacon, sliced mushrooms and a drizzle of Sriracha (optional).
