How To Make Homemade Refrigerator Pickles Overnight

Serves: 12-20
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp dill seed
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh dill
  • 6 cucumbers sliced
  1. In a small saucepan, add the apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, water, coconut sugar, dill seed, mustard seed, black peppercorns, salt and garlic.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Meanwhile, slice cucumbers into thin slices of your liking. Add to mason jars or other glass jars along with the fresh dill sprigs.
  5. Pour in brine until cucumbers are covered.
  6. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight and eat.
  7. **May need to use more than one jar
