Place oatmeal, eggs, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and fresh or dried herbs in blender.
Puree until smooth.
Fold in chopped Bacon.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter and pour batter on pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
Top with soft, fried eggs and cranberry sauce.
