Thinly slice protein and place in a zip lock baggie with 2 tbsp olive oil along with mixed seasonings.
Mix well and massage into meat. Set aside.
Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and bell peppers, coat with additional 1 Tbsp olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Top with seasoned meat slices and spread out to cook evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until meat is done to your likely and vegetables are tender.
Remove and add to your favorite fajita bowl or corn tortilla shell.
** TO FREEZE: Place meat, oil and seasonings in a freezer bag and mix to combine. In a separate freezer bag add vegetables. Label, date and freeze for up to 3 months. Cook according to directions (preferably thawed before baking).
