Buttercream Frosting (Refined Sugar-Free)

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 2-3 Tbsp coconut cream (fat from the top of canned coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • ½-1 cup powdered coconut sugar (to taste)
  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and almond extract in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add a quarter of the sugar followed by 1 Tbsp cream.
  3. Repeat until you get to your desired consistency and taste.
  4. **Sugar amount will depend on taste preference. I found ½ cup worked fine for me.
  5. **Cream amount will depend on thickness desired.
