Cranberry Vinaigrette

Serves: 6
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Place cranberries through honey in a food processes. Puree until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil in a thin drizzle while processing.
- Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
