  1. Make salad dressing in mason jar with lid. Set aside.
  2. Cut chicken into tenders and follow this recipe. Bake.
  3. Meanwhile make chickpeas and roast them in the oven.
  4. To make, place crispy chicken, sliced cherry tomatoes, chickpeas and parmesan cheese in lettuce wrap. Drizzle with caesar dressing and enjoy!
