Easy Healing Matcha Latte

- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen powder
- 2 teaspoons honey {optional}
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla {or vanilla bean paste}
- 1 cup water
- ⅔ cup unsweetened cashew milk {or milk of choice}
- Sift match powder into high speed blender.
- Add in collagen powder, honey, vanilla, very warm water {don't overheat or it will make your match bitter}, warm cashew milk.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes to make frothy.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy.
