Easy Healing Matcha Latte

  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey {optional}
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla {or vanilla bean paste}
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cashew milk {or milk of choice}
  1. Sift match powder into high speed blender.
  2. Add in collagen powder, honey, vanilla, very warm water {don't overheat or it will make your match bitter}, warm cashew milk.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes to make frothy.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
