Six-Ingredient Easy Spaghetti Recipe with Garlic and Kale

Serves: 4
  • 4 cups cooked spiralized noodles {or spaghetti noodles}
  • 1 pound sausage {Italian or breakfast}
  • 6-8 cups torn kale leaves {hard stems removed}
  • 3-4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • parmesan cheese & red pepper flakes {optional}
  1. Cook spaghetti noodles and/or spiralized noodles in a pan.
  2. In another skillet, brown sausage. Drain and set aside.
  3. In same pan add olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in kale leaves and continue cooking until just beginning to wilt.
  5. Add in butter to melt and stir continuously . Once melted add back in sausage and noodles.
  6. Serve garnished with parmesan and red pepper flakes!
