2-Minute Healthy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup milk alternative - I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water {optional}
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients {except water} in a mason jar or other jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until fully incorporated.
  3. Add water to desired consistency and shake again.
  4. Use or refrigerate for up to 14 days.
  5. NOTE: You can use fresh herbs, just double the amounts.
