2-Minute Healthy Ranch Dressing

Serves: 10-20
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk alternative - I used unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1-2 tablespoons of water {optional}
- Place all ingredients {except water} in a mason jar or other jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake vigorously until fully incorporated.
- Add water to desired consistency and shake again.
- Use or refrigerate for up to 14 days.
- NOTE: You can use fresh herbs, just double the amounts.
