Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

- ½ cup instant oatmeal base
- 1 cup water {or milk alternative}
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 tablespoon jam
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup {optional}
- Heat water or milk until hot. Pour over instant oatmeal base and let sit 2-3 minutes.
- Top with peanut butter, jam, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
- Stir and enjoy.
