Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  • ½ cup instant oatmeal base
  • 1 cup water {or milk alternative}
  • ⅓ cup nut mixture {pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds}
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup {optional}
  1. Heat water or milk until hot. Pour over instant oatmeal base and let sit 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add in nuts, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  3. Stir and enjoy!
