I’ve tried a lot of things when it comes to my health but few have worked. Of course I’ve always been extremely intrigued with how our body works and more importantly how some people could effortlessly maintain their weight and their health without going on some crazy diet.
That’s when I landed on intermittent fasting, or what I call the greatest secret of the health industry. It is one of those things that if you do nothing else, do this. It makes a difference and can start to create the amazing snowball effect that happens when one small change works and then another.
This is lasting health and the better news, it doesn’t require changing anything about what you eat. It’s almost too good to be true!
