I’m not sure where to begin and I’ve ran through the perfect words to tell you about this show a million times but nothing seems right. The only thing I can do is be honest, just like this podcast.
It’s definitely the most real, vulnerable and open thing I’ve ever done. To speak the truth about my journey of change, hitting my lowest of lows and yet continuing to walk even when it doesn’t make sense. It’s a show telling you my real and honest journey full of heartbreak, failure, lack of contentment, questioning life and yet in the end triumph.
Of truly finding myself. The journey of coming out from hiding behind recipes and fully commiting to my call of helping others, not to be destroyed by unnecessary things shaping our realities. To take a stance, make choices and ultimately being self-aware every step of the way.
Through this journey, through the failures, the neglect of my friends of trying to escape my marriage and my family I’ve learned a lot and yet the greatest is that happiness is a choice. That I don’t have to be what everyone else thinks I should be or do the exact thing every one else has done. That as long as I’m me, fully and 100% me, this is what it means to fully live.
This episode is the very real and raw journey of what it took for me to find myself and ultimately find a new path, the right path, for Simple Roots Wellness.
