How to lose weight is one of the most searched for an talked about questions. Not to mention, it’s also the reason for the countless diets on the market.
We like to believer there is something quick and easy we can do to counteract our body and get it to do what we want. The mindset that the more we move and the less we eat the better results we will see. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. Our bodies are far smarter than we give it credit for and really do know best.
If you fight your body, it will win, every single time. It may seem like you make progress, but progress in the wrong direction will statistically fail you time and time again.
So what do you do? How do you lose weight and keep it off?
Fortunately, there’s a way to lose weight, but it means working with your own specific genome and creating an environment for rest. To get your hormones flowing in the right direction by worrying about the when of eating rather than the what.
More than that it is about our environment, our lifestyle and our drive for health. Find out more about this on today’s podcast How to Lose Weight While you Sleep, with leading sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus.
