Vibrational frequency may sound like some term you fell asleep over in high school physics. But this term is the new topic in the health world. Vibration is the new fancy way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Yes, even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level.
Insert quantum physics and quantum biology.

Don’t worry, I’ve done my fair share of that while studying more in-depth into this topic as well. Yet at the same time, it is so fascinating and has a lot of scientific basis. It is also a field we’re going to be hearing a lot more about in the near future. But for now, my goal is to break the thoughts running through your mind that this is to “woo-woo” and help you see vibrational frequency as nothing more than a tool that can be used to help you achieve lasting health.
Plus, once we dig in we can see that vibrational frequency has already become an essential part of every day life. Take for instance light, that comes from a vibrational frequency. Sound, wireless internet, cell phone transmission, and your radio are all common everyday necessities that we use that stem from frequency.
Which brings us to the more unknown uses of frequency in everyday life, that are also essential. These include what we’re diving into on today’s podcast with vibrational frequency expert, Robyn Openshaw who just released her latest book called, Vibe: Unlock the Energetic Frequencies of Limitless Health, Love and Success.

forget calories
I debated taking a deep dive into quantum biology, to prove that this isn’t woo-woo material. But the more I dove into quantum biology the more I realized how deep and confusing that subject could be just like everything else. While I know, like me, you just want the simple basics of what to do we’re sticking to a point that Robyn pulled out in the show, calories.
Vibrational frequency is the best argument I’ve ever heard on why counting calories isn’t valid. I mean there are a lot of good reasons and why I personally never recommend it, but this is the best practical way to get around it. Rather than just throwing your arms up and refusing to enter that world ever again, you now have philosophy on how to eat for health.
At the end of the day we can all agree that counting calories or grams of protein has little or nothing to do with whether you’re healthy.
Robyn states, “Understanding energies, your own, the energetic frequencies of your food, your medicine, your emotions – is powerful stuff.”
Given that calories is a poor measure in understanding overall health because not all calories are created equal. In fact, there are great differences in how a calorie is broken down and utilized in the body. This difference becomes confusing and why low-calorie diets don’t always work.
It’s not about calories but about what those calories {energy} of the food as a whole is doing to your body. It’s the conversion, the movement, the transmission and metabolism of the calorie and all of its nutrients as a whole. This is vibrational frequency.
the power of frequency
Understanding and utilizing the right frequency is a powerful tool used in medicine. Think about lasers that are used to kill and heal. In medicine, surgeons are using lasers in surgery to kill a diseased organ, cut it into pieces for removal and pull it all through a 1/2″ incision. This not only makes surgery less invasive but the focused healing frequencies can help your tissues regenerate 10 times faster than normal as well.
If we bring that same thought process, of focused frequencies back to everyday health we can understand that choosing what you eat is either having a negative and detrimental effect on your health or a very powerful healing one.
The key is being aware of your own energy fields. To know what it is like to live with “high vibrations” and which foods help you increase your vibrational frequency.
Just a note, higher vibrational frequencies are equivalent with good health. The lower it goes, the more likely we are to see disease, cancer, depression and aging occur. As the principle of resonance states, a lower frequency will rise to meet a higher one. So that means the lower frequency foods are causing more harm in your body by lowering your overall frequency.
healing with frequency
The simple story of healing with frequency begins by increasing your overall vibrational frequency. This comes from consuming higher frequency foods and removing or limiting the lower ones. It also means treating your body with higher frequencies, such as essential oils and the sunlight. Even bigger is keeping your emotions in check.
Because as you guessed it, our emotions are having an impact and a powerful one at that. In fact, our positive emotions have a greater frequency than an average healthy body, meaning that your body frequency will rise to meet that. Likewise, those negative emotions have a lower frequency putting you down in the dumps, making you fatigued, tired and craving all the food.
You may be surprised to note what our highest frequency emotion is…. I’m going to leave you guessing and you’ll have to listen to the show to find out. But the emotional work in the body is fascinating and not something to take lightly.
