I’m a lover of my morning routine. It’s the one thing that jump starts my day. And guess what? The first thing on my morning routine list is warm lemon water. While I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not craaaaazy about lemon water, especially 16 ounces with a half a lemon (seriously tart) I have to say the changes are worth it.
It’s an incredibly refreshing way to start the day. One that takes no thought or much work which makes all of the difference when you just roll out of bed.
