the simple holiday gift guide 2016
…for the practical shopper.
Practical because I’ve taken on a new stance this year, minimalism. I’ve cleaned my closets, looked around and still realized that there is plenty of stuff to go around. So instead of stuffing my house (and yours) with un-needed, cute but not realistic things, why not take a practical approach?
So that’s what we’re doing this year. Are you feeling it too? Good, because there is a lot of pretty sweet and practical things to be gifted this year. My wish list is filling up.
Not to mention all of these gifts could be bought in your pajama’s while sipping on a warm spiced chai next to the fire in the comfort of your own home. I mean it really is a beautiful thing. Don’t get me wrong, I love the thrill of store searching but when it comes to watching the budget and sticking to the plan (<-why is this part so challenging?) sometimes its best if I just stay home.
While 90% of these gifts can be found on Amazon, it would be a crime for me not to mention Amazon Prime. Have you heard about it? Deals, free shipping and fast delivery. Try it out for Free for 30 days and I can promise it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread.
But regardless, turn on the Christmas tunes, grab a warm breakfast and cozy in under the blanket. Here’s to wishing you a very merry shopping season. Everything in this gift guide that is under $50 is in bold letters.
