Homemade electrolyte drink or not, this is amazing!
I’ve been into all the drinks lately, mostly because I realize how much nutrition you can fit in. I like my drinks to pack a punch if you can’t tell.

Especially when you make a quick drink like this watermelon limeade homemade electrolyte drink. In this recipe we add the additional pinch of salt, not to mention the coconut water and minerals from the collagen.

All this takes if five minutes. A little cubed watermelon, a half a lime, some coconut water {or green tea} a pinch of salt, squirt of honey and a tablespoon of collagen. Puree, pour and basically drink summer in a glass.

- 1 cup coconut water {green tea or water work as well}
- 3 cups watermelon
- ½ lime, peeled
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp collagen powder
- pinch of sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth.
- Pour over top of ice in a glass and enjoy!
