You’re not alone.
Almost all people who have gone through a weight loss journey, at some point will hit a plateau.
You start out on fire. You’re high on what you’ve accomplished and you are more excited about your new lifestyle or diet than ever before.
This is what you’ve been waiting for. That life-changing point where you finally begin shedding the weight. You believe deep down that this is going to change e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. From the moment you wake up until your head hits the pillow, you’re obsessed with your new diet and keeping a watchful eye on the number on the scale. You’re happiness becomes determined by a number.
Then life happens and you hit a rough patch.
You fall into the dreaded plateau. Things get complicated, you get discouraged and that leaves nothing. Not even an ounce of willpower standing between you and that slice of cake.
