This simple recipe is just another one to add to your meal plan rotation. They are prepped in less than 10-minutes and creates the most delicious crispy, homemade dairy-free ranch fries.
With the number of sweet potato recipes I’ve posted, you can probably assume I’m a sweet potato lover. BUT, I know a lot of people who aren’t necessarily in love with the idea of sweet potatoes.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say this recipe might be the recipe that changes everything.
Crispy, perfectly seasoned and healthy, these dairy-free ranch fries have become a weekly staple in our house. There are a few tips to make them perfectly crispy so make sure you follow the details below.
Also, it’s important to note that there are different varieties of sweet potatoes and yams. If you want some that are more like white-potatoes you should check out white sweet potatoes or Japanese sweet potatoes. Both have a white-yellowish color and taste more like a standard potato.
But I stuck with normal yams on this one. I kind of like the deep orange color. I hope you enjoy these dairy-free ranch fries! Make sure you tag me if you make them using the #simplerootsrecipes or #simplerootswellness!
